What color is this?

What color is Bubbles? 'cuse me for being green. I just got him this week. Hes gray pinto with a touch of brown but I ssume there is a horse name for this color.

I'm not sure, but I'll take a stab at it, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I think that he is either bay pinto going grey or bay pinto with sabino roaning.

I'm with Chanda. I think he's either bay sabino roan pinto, or a bay pinto greying out.

I would say Bay Based Grey Pinto.

I say bay roan pinto. Sabino probably but that's not an option on the registration application, I don't think.

No not Sabino- he is a Bay and White going Grey.

ALL Grey horses are on their way through to white, so he will soon be snow white by the looks of it, although he may keep some colour in the mane for a while.

Although there is in all likelihood Sabino in his pattern it is not what is changing his colour, that is undoubtedly Grey.

Not Roan either as I do not believe either parent is Roan??

And Roan does not affect the "points" so the head would not have white in it.

He is a pretty pony.
