Was the drill team from AZ in the Rose Parade?

I'm hoping you all got to the Rose Parade this year. Did anyone see them??

No. I recorded it off HGTV(where there are NO commercial interruptions,so no missing part of the parade!); watched it yesterday...no minis at all this year, except for one that is part of the Scripps Saddlebreds Circus group.There WAS a BIG Brahma-cross steer being ridden under saddle--a first in this parade, far as I know! Very cool to see, and very well-mannered.

I think they were in the Fiesta Bowl parade this year.

I emailed Jess who is still a member of the drill team and no they didnt go to CA this year, some of them did go to the Fiesta Bowl. I feel sorry for them- you have to be there so early and wait for a loooong time and we had just had a huge storm blow through and it was freezing weather- literally. I understand a couple of their driver's were snowed in where they lived, and didnt make it. Due to the utterly horrible weather for here, I was just glad I didnt go this year. Us desert rats aren't used to this stuff!
