I myself have never paid attention to the 'flavor of the month' in regards to the trends. I have my favorites and that is what I stick to. A good horse is a good horse, regardless of color. I go by abilities, conformation and disposition above color. I have all Appaloosas and though I love the various color patterns, if you dont have a good horse to go with it all, you dont have anything.
