Sweats

When do you use certain types of sweats? I am thinking about getting one for Apollo's neck (maybe) and for his belly(probably) but I don't wanna use it for the wrong reasons. Also...do you just put the thing on or do you have to use anything else? Details on these things are great. Thanks so much in advance you guys!

[SIZE=14pt]you can use a product called neck maker but you must be sure to wash it off when you are done working the horse. You use a neoprene sweat while working the horse , then rinse off the sweat and product and replace the neoprene with a felt or fleece lined one for the rest of the day. Belly sweats you use when working the horse only. Reducing the amount of hay and grass especialy will reduce the gut fill and large belly.[/SIZE]

Yep...we've already cut down on the hay...he only gets a little. Now its just a matter of getting a little more 'trim'.
