Has anyone bought spandex hoods and body sheets for their shetlands through miniexpress.com? I need sizes and I like their prices $$$$$

Nope, haven't bought through them. I have a couple folks who live close who will custome make them for me so I've never had to catalog order. Good luck finding what you need!
