What do they look for? I have a filly that will be a year old in May. Is that considered a Yearling? She's not very tall about 26". Is that too short for halter? Thanks!

Yes, they are considered a yearling after they pass January 1 for showing purposes.

No, any size is fine for halter, it is her confirmation that is most important in a halter class. Overall appearance.
