He was our only baby for the year out of our Bantam Buckaroo daughter by LK Buck Ceasar. He was a month early and had a badly twisted cord.

Mother nature is seeing that I do my part in making sure there isnt over population of minis.

Dream seems to be ok. She didnt even try to get him up.She knew he was gone.

Dang, this seems to happen way too much with these minis. Honestly, I'm a wreck when I open the barn door in the morning.....

Bless you and your mare.....

Sorry to hear about you loss, Lyn. I had a mare loose a foal the same way a few years ago.

I am so sorry for your loss. When my friends mare aborted a couple of weeks ago I scooped the little darling up and never let the mare see him. She took it in stride and didn't seem to morn the loss.

I am so sorry, Lyn. I'm sure he was a beautiful boy.

Oh I am so sorry. I sure know how you feel. I almost hate to even go on the forum these days, seems someone is losing a foal almost every day.

Glad your mare is doing ok.

So sorry Lyn. It never gets any easier to lose them.
