So my 3 year-old gelding broke the left shaft on my jerald runabout easy-entry cart today, do you guys know if you can buy replacement shafts from jerald or one of their dealers?

I just ordered 2 new shafts for my jerald runabout. jeraldsulky.com

They were $115 each. Mine were getting scarred and unattractive.

I have a lot of respect for a horse that can break one. I hope no one was hurt.

Oh man that is just sad

I would kill if I could afford a Jerald cart. But I would totally die if my horse broke it. Sorry I can't help on the replacement I don't know who to go to for that and I hope that your horse is ok.

He's fine and my mom, who was driving, is a little freaked out but thankfully both are okay. He just reared and went up over backwards, stupid. He's never really acted up in harness but just goes to show you can't ever trust a green horse.

Just get them straight from Jerald.

Ive had a few of them break. So now I keep spares on hand.

It only takes the RIGHT situation to snap one with out a problem. Other times you cant kill them if you tried.
