Registration question

I was just wondering if either the sire or dam of a foal outgrow their AMHA (and/or AMHR for that matter) papers what happens to the foal's registration? If the foal stays under 34" do they still keep both their papers if dual registered? Just curious.

[SIZE=14pt]If the foal is registered BEFORE the parents papers are pulled or sent it, then the foal keeps the papers. If the parents are reported to be over and the foal is born AFTER that , then the foal is not registerable.[/SIZE]
