I'm doing all my paperwork here and I need to know what papers I will need to bring a horse permanent in AMHR?(I forget)

Do I just sign the back or is there another paper outside of the work order!

Dont forget you have to have pictures now.

You also need the Application for Permanent Status as well as the pictures. Since you are not transferring ownership, you don't need to sign the back of the original papers, you just need to send them in. Here's the link from the AMHR site:

I just did this for my mare and gelding and everything went through without a hitch.

Ok I called AMHR.

Yes I do have to fill out the back of the Reg paper. But I do not have to send in the paper for permanent status! Pictures are already printed and everything is now ready to go!
