What is class 1928 Open Pairs Pleasure class? Is that what us "country folk"
default_wink.png
would call a class for a team, in a four wheeled wagon? They had that at a fair last year and we eagerly waited to see what the turnout was like as we have a team that we drive but weren't sure if it was a "fancier" class than what we normally do (there is only one other show that we go to that has team so we're always on the look out for more chances for our guys) and wouldn't you know it....there was no-one in the class

so we're still no further ahead and knowing if our boys would be okay in there.

If you are at the show, then you might ask the stewards. One of them may know what is expected or at the very least, it should be their job to find out. Someone in the office may know also. That is where I would start to find out if no one here can help you.

I don't know specifically about AMHR, but in carriage shows a Pair is two horses, a Team is four, also known as a Four-in-Hand. The term "team" is a draft horse term carried over to the rest of the world.
