Is ridiculously difficult. The barn owner and I spent two hours working on it and it still doesn't have the seat or the singletree attached. Most of the time was spent peeling that rubbery coating out of the inside of the holes as the bolts wouldn't fit in them (some of them I couldn't even see through!)

Thankfully I don't ever have to put it together ever again... lol

Hopefully going to be able to do some hitched ground driving tomorrow, if it doesn't take another 2 hours to finish the cart LOL
 
... is heck. I've done two and will never take that on again.
