Hi, I am pretty new to the forum , but I definately believe in the power of prayer & I was hoping that you guys could help. My 7 1/2 yr. old son was diagnosed with Epilepsy in August of last year. He had his first seizure at 6 months old & until last year every seizure there after was diagnosed as febrile. He has been on medication since August & had done very well until January. He typically has only had seizures when he was ill. Since January 10th Kutter has had 8 seizures, his lab results now show that he is past the theraputic level of his medication * Trileptal* & after reading more, I have found that a possilbe adverse reaction is "aggravated seizures". Please keep him in your prayers, the last 3 seizures have happened at school & you know how kids can be. Please pray that God will lead the doctors in finding a treatment for him & that he can be seizure free. Thank you so much !

THank you all for your thoughts & prayers, Kutter was able to go back to school today & did not have nay seizures. I spoke with his specialist in Houston today & they are going to add a new medication called Zonegran, he took his first dose this evening. Please continue to pray for him ,I feel that your prayers do more good than the doctors can - GOD is wonderful & works in mysterious ways, & I pray that he will help Kutter become seizure free within time. Thank you all again & I will keep you posted !

and pick on him for it. Its a medical condition that he can not help. But God can help him.
