Good News and an EASY fix....I would also take them off it for at least a month, to give the non solubles a chance to be flushed out.
 
I'm only going to feed beet pulp for at least a week and see if there is a visible difference. I really think it was the combo of the 30% Supplement and the free choice loose minerals that did it, so I will be more careful in the future! I didn't think about it the loose minerals I have on hand are for horses receiving no grain so it's more palatable than a regular mineral block. I should have known better.. :DOH!

I'm so thankful I caught it when I did! I'm also glad I removed the minerals (I took them away because one of the foals got diarrhea and I thought it was from overeating the loose minerals).

Oh well, we all make mistakes, hope it helps everyone to take a second look at things before they feed!
