? on AMHA papers if you loose them

I guess I must have lost 1 of my horses AMHA papers while I was looking through my horses paperwork. Don't know how and I've been looking and can't find it.

What should I do for AMHA to replace it.

There is a form you can get from AMHA requesting duplicate papers. I think it might even be on their website for printing. You need to know your horse's registration name and number for the form.
