I need a sale contract. The women buying the horse is our landlord, however she lives in Florida. She is moving up here next year, so we are caring for the horse until then. Basically, the horse is on her property, which we are currently renting, she will own the horse, but we will be caring for it. I just want to make sure when I put together the contract I have everything together that i need.

bumping up - the people who normally respond to requests like this are probably off at Nationals.

I know one thing you need to include - that the laws of YOUR STATE are the ones that count -- not the one where the horse is going. Are you offering a height guarantee, or breeding soundness guarantee or any such thing?

Have you searched the net? You might find some out there too.
