My 2011 colt, Thunderpants (pictures)

This is Thunderpants (Lil Outlaws Imperial Blue Bronco). He was born May 10th. I had my Mom takes pictures of him for me,

it was a little difficult since he wanted to play the whole time.

Sorry he's a little dirty, he needs his first bath now.

Ok, do tell... How did he get the name Thunderpants? Did I miss a post somewhere explaining it?

It was actually the name of the cute little teaser pony stallion in the movie Dreamer.. I just loved the name. lol

He was born during a thunderstorm (plus hail, rain, high winds..etc), but it was a planned call name if he was a boy.

It fits him pretty good though.

He is really cute and I love his name too! Not to mention smart from trying to get away from that other rowdy little one in there. Time for the big pasture! Good luck with him. He's really very nice indeed.

Thank you, the round pen is only temporary. Waiting for a little help to get our mini pasture done. (We just moved here just before the rowdy one was born) I can not wait until they have more room to play.

I also forgot to mention that the mare that got a bit grouchy with the pinto filly in the video was probably only upset because the filly runs up & kicks her in the face just to see if she can. She's been a handful since day one.

We keep an eye on them, but thats the worst it got.
