Miniature horse abuser in Florida!

If the police are doing everything they can one has to wonder why they didn't want the DNA samples from the vet and also didn't want the video which at least showed someone trespassing, combined with the vet records of the horses' severe injuries plus a dog with its head smashed in and police records since last may, that should have been enough to at LEAST look for this guy as a "person of interest".

This is just, I can't even describe it. Those poor horses are so traumatized, and I'm hoping the owner will catch this guy soon! This has to stop. And I read that sxe with animals isn't against the law in some states?! But it is in Florida? How can it NOT be illegal? Just because they are animals doesn't mean it's less important than if it happened to a child. It's sick. Ok, I'm done venting. I'm praying that this will stop.
