Mini horse halloween costumes - store?

Is there a store to shop for mini horse halloween costumes or are they all just...home made? I am not creative nor can I sew...was hoping to find a large dog costume but those aren't big enough! Someone should open a miniature horse costume store..... :bgrin

There was a lady theequinetailor I believe who sold horse costumes on ebay. She had horse and pony sizes I know-but by now she may have mini if she is still in business...
