mare and foal of current year class

I'm full of ?s I know. But this fourm is such a great place to get help!

I have put my mare Cupcake and her 2006 filly Muffin in mare and foal class.

I need ot know if I need matching halters..

Also can you have another handler one for them mare or foal.

Any tips??

YEs you need another handler! I could not imagine handling two myself! Matiching or simalir halters is prefreed!

DEfinitely need 2 different handlers. Also I personally think you should use halters that show each individual horse off to its best advantage. If they don't match - so what! You are showing the horses, not the halters.

I don't think matching halters are a priority but you do need two handlers. They would be nice but not a necessity. Enjoy the class as it is fun.

Yes you need two handlers.

You want the halters match the horse. I say perhaps the same style, nothing totally competely different, but with the colors try to match it to the horse. Or just choose something simple like black.

Yep 2 handlers and the foal on a very loooonnnnnnnnnnnnng lead !! so when he takes off you don't have to do the 'grass skiing' thing. :lol:
