March Break Miniature Horse Camp

Our 4-H club held our very first March Break Camp this week. It was so much fun, we ended up having 15 full campers and 2 extra campers that came on Tuesday. The campers learn't about safety around a miniature horse and they also got to learn about grooming, feeding, stall cleaning, obstacle, jumping and driving. Everyday we had a craft and an indoor and outdoor activity. The weather did not cooperate at the beginning of the week but by the end of the week it was sunny and the mud somewhat dried up. All the kids had a great time and kept asking when the next camp was going to be. Sandy our leader did a great job with the camp and we hope she does another one soon. Here are some pics.

After the Camp was over Sandy treated all of us leaders to dinner at Quiznos! Thanks Sandy, we love you!
