Does anyone know if this horse is black or smokey black?

I believe he is a smokey black. Here is the website of where he is now that shows one of his foals that appears to be a cremello.

He's listed as a solid black on the stub book. However, he does carry the dilute gene from his sire [SIZE=12pt]"Boones Little Buckeroo". Therefore, having seen him in person would say that he's smoky black. I loved that stallion....[/SIZE]

Phantom is definitely smokey black! I have a cremello pinto daughter that I absolutely love!

If I'm not mistaken, I think he's in France now. He's one gorgeous boy!

I too would think that he would be smokey black as I have a buckskin stallion out of him that was from a bay mare.
