I don't live in Texas but have sent an email. I feel this is an action, if passed, could affect other states.

I'm one more that doesn't live in Texas but feel that this is a big snowball that we don't need to roll over us all! I know from firsthand how good Carl is with the horses. I only wish he could "clone" himself so there would be enough time etc. for all of us to benefit from his knowledge and "horse sense"!
