I am leasing out a mare, and here is my question.

Do the AMHA papers have to be sent in with the lease form? It does not say on the form to send the papers in. Also, do pictures have to be submitted?

Thanks for your help!

If you were talking about AMHR papers, I could tell you for sure, but with AMHA I would guess that yes, pictures and papers need to be sent in. That is the only way the lease can be recorded on the paperwork

I am leasing a mare right now and I cannot remember if I sent pics in or not!! I do not remember taking pics of her, but my memory is TERRIBLE!!! My husband keeps telling me I need to take something for it!!

I would say check on AMHA website and see if it says anything!!

You do not have to send in either papers or pictures for a lease agreement, just the lease form from AMHA with the fee.

I am very suprised AMHA does not want the papers or the pictures.

Thanks for the info everyone. We learn something new on here every day!!
