I find it easy just to cut off what I don`t like. Actually we just do bridel paths, fetlocks and once in awhile around the muzzles. In the winter here they need all the hiar they can grow and in the spring we normally have frost until late may. But the middle of June they are all shed out and look like seals with no help from the clippers at all. Now just tell me why we own about five or more sets of clippers and dozens of blade sets.
