Help with smileys

i am on a trail horse forum locally here and their smileys are so lame... i am spoiled with the great ones we have here! the gal who runs the trail horse forum just posted asking for more smiley suggestions and i have NO CLUE how to copy these over for her... or where else to find them! and i don't even know who is in charge of them for this forum or i could PM...

so can anyone help??? THANKS!

Also, just in case anyone is interested, I have a program I bought ($25 or so, I think... had it for years) that has all kinds of neat smileys and they come out with new ones you can buy if you want.
