Fair warning everyone. I literally JUST got an e-mail (and promptly reported it) that was attempting very poorly to convince me it was from the IRS, about my taxes.
They picked the wrong person, really. I haven't worked, Dave hasn't even started to file yet, and why the heck would the IRS be contacting a Hotmail account that's never been linked to any online filings?
And there is no way they would use a link that was something along the lines of "www.O2OEO3O4OG.com/www.irs.gov"
As badly done as this one was, it merely means they'll be much better attempts. Watch out, guys. I'msure you all know the "rules of thumb" for these sorts of things!
