Do any of you have people that help you load hay in the field and unload at your barn, if you do, how much do you pay them?

what Kay said is about the going rate here a few years ago. As we stop doing it our own self a few years back that is what we where paying the help..I think some are paying anywhere between 10 to 15 an hour for help. hope this helps

When I was younger they paid a dollar per bale(load and unload)...

I woudl so do it for some extra money!

on edit, didn't matter how many people. If we had 5 people, and moved 500 bales, that was 100 dollar per person. I always drove or stacked, but that would take a good days work . The people that hired us every year said they don't pay by the hour because we would get lazy.
