Have you noticed the new satisfaction surveys....

Our Wal Mart has a new tool for measuring customer satisfaction. When I use the pin pad to pay with my debit/credit card, the first thing on the screen asks a question.....

Once it said "Was your Wal Mart store clean today?"

Another time it said "Was your cashier friendly today?"

You get to pick yes or no.....and then it moves on to your checkout.

I think that's ingenious! Has anyone else noticed this new feature at Wal Mart?

I went to Walmart tonight and used my debit card to pay. Our store doesn't have this feature yet. Sounds neat though!!
