Hi, We joined giddyupflix.com last month. It is pretty much a netflix for horse videos. We never received an email confirming our account. So I assume that we entered our info wrong. Perhaps spelled our email address wrong.
But they charged our account and sent us dvds to watch.
We now can't access our account to change our line up or upgrade,downgrade, or cancel.
I have been emailing them for a week. Have had no reply. I sent them 3 emails today. I can't find a phone number anywhere on the internet. I even called their post office. Of course they won't give any info out.
HELP , can anyone help? Perhaps know the owners name? Have a phone number?
