Being LWO can help produce those very colorful foals that are called Frames. The 'bad' side is that you must not breed two LWO horses together or you will run a risk of a lethal white foal. But, LWO coming from only one parent is fine.

He's positive Tobiano, that colorful enough for me

I am not sure with Miniature owners, but in Arabians SCID' is a problem and most people do not test their mares, so having your stallion test negative is a good thing in my experience

Guess it may be different and Mini owners regularly test their mares so it isn't as much of an issue ?
