AND that he's on his way to his new loving home!

WHY didn't they GIVE HIM to a Rescue??? Like CHANCES RESCUE???? Good Grief.

Yes, how disgusting for them to just do this, but I am very glad he has a new place to go to- hopefully that will have proper fences and he can be taken care of. Poor guy- thank heavens he was not hit by a car or attacked by dogs or..... well, it could have been a complete disaster.
