Felt and saw the baby moving

I was beginning to think either my mare wasn't really in foal or the baby had died but tonight the baby was moving like crazy! I hadn't seen it moving for about 2 weeks and thought my mare looked thinner. I'm so glad I was wrong! This will be our first foal ever, but never again will I buy a mare without having her ultrasounded first. This not being sure stuff makes a person just about nuts. I'll be sure to let everyone know when our little one makes her
