Finished the oil portrait I was supposed to have done for my Illustration class last night (was due this Monday, but it was done enough for grading):
and here is the charcoal self-portrait I had to do for last week (tho' I think I liked it better when I was lacking sleep......now I see some things I'd like to change about it):
The oil portrait will be better once I have the varnish coat on it......some of the black areas have no depth because they don't have any gloss to them. I'll post pictures again when it's varnished
