Dwarf looking miniature horse needs new home in WV

On facebook I belong to a group that is the WV Horse & Tack Sale a lady posted a (in my opinon) dwarf looking miniature gelding? stallion? She is asking 200.00 for him. Can someone help him? Anyone interested in adopting him? I made a comment he looked like a dwarf.. was he? she never answered me.. now someone is interested in him and wants to know if he is broke to ride??!!!! I am sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.. however didnt know where else to post it. I would get him however i sold all of my minis and just have big horses now. and really dont have the room for anymore.
