Driving people needed

I need some information. We're looking for a harness to fit a (true) 34", stocky, QH built mini. We've found a new one that we really like, but we have NOT A CLUE about the measurements. Can anyone offer any advice if you think these measurements would fit him?

(These are the maximum measurements on the harness)

Headstall: (bit ring to bit ring) 43"

Overcheck: 49"

Crupper: 35"

Breeching: 71"

Hip Strap: 40"

Traces: 67"

Breast collar body: 40" shoulder strap: 30"

****If I made no sense whatsoever with these measurements, please forgive me. This is not my horse. Our friends purchased a mini that is trained to drive, and we are helping them to look for a harness...... I told them I'd ask the experts first
