Does anyone have a contract for a free/care lease?

I am going to be placing two geldings into a home with a friend and co-worker and am trying to find a good contract to use for the free/care lease to cover all involved and to be sure we all know what is what. Do any of you have one that I can use?

I plan on leasing a mare and keep thinking about a contract. I would be interested in knowing what people have used in the past also.
