We've been on the do not call list for as long as it's been available and still go through periods of receiving unsolicited phone calls. When we moved several years ago, we went through the same thing - may have been Citi as well as a few others. Apparently whoever had our phone number before had a lousy pay history LOL, and we had creditors calling us for at least 2 years despite telling them they had a wrong number. I think my husband (being a wise a**) finally answered one day and said "mary said she ain't got no money and ain't gonna pay you nothin!" That set them back a little, then he laughed and explained - yet again - that "Mary" didn't have this number, hadn't in over 2 years and that they didn't have a shot in heck at collecting anything by calling us. They finally gave it up. Now we seem to get a lot of those surveys......
