I want to thank everybody who has sent us well wishes, good thoughts and prayers for us and Dad while he's beenin the hospital.
: We've been very grateful and touched at the outpouring of concern. Dad is still in the hospital today. We're hoping it won't be much longer till he gets to go home. They run so many tests and then it's a "hurry up and wait" thing.....and wait...and wait...and wait......
: He is resting alot, but he's getting very antsy and for a man who is usually pretty active, well being in a hospital bed and a patient is not number one on his list. It's going to be a long recovery, with therapy and all, but once they give him the all clear and we can get him home I think he will start to recover much quickly. We're all looking forward to getting back to our normal routines. He's looking more like himself as of last night. Altho he did run a temp thru the night they say probably due to the fracture pain. But all in all we're optomistic that he will be back at home before the weekend, God willing.
