Coffee Cup animator

I just downloaded this and paid for the program. I am wondering when you upload the pictures into the program, do they all have to be resized? I downloaded pictures and did the preview, and each picture is dfferent, and weird looking. Does anyone have any tips?

I used that program for years, but switched to "Easy Gif Animator" about 18mos ago when I got a laptop with Vista and Coffee Cup GIF Animator wouldn't cooperate back then.

Yes, I do think you need to re-size each picture that will be in your animated gif. For use in LB avatars, they should be no more than 112 (pixels?) wide.

The size for the LB avatars is now a maximum of 120 pixels high and wide.

I've made them for a lot of members. It's fun to make them yourself, too, but if you want while you're learning the program, it would be my pleasure. I remember it was frustrating to me when I first was learning, but then once you get the hang of it, it's a lot of fun
