I have a mare that turned three this year.

Do I have to bring her permanent before I can show her?

Can I measure her myself, or does a steward have to do it?

Can I have her measured at the first show of the year (June 4th for me) and use that as the height?

Thanks!

Hi Janice

To bring her perm you just sign and put the measurement in yourself. Send the papers in with the fee and then you will get your perm papers.

Look at the bottom to see how long the papers are good. If they are already expired, she cant show until she has her perm papers.

I think they are dated Dec of the year they turn 3 but look and make sure.

If the papers don't have phots, you will have to submit photos also. But if they already have them, you don't need to submit new ones.
