Attention All Area V Clubs and Members:

Your National Area V Show will be June 8, 9, 10, 2007 at the Somervell County Expo Center in Glen Rose Texas. If you cannot come but still wanted to support your National Area V Show you can still do so by being a Sponsor, Advertising in the Show Premium Book or having your Farm Banner hanging in the Showring.

If you need the information for this please drop me an email and I'll be happy to send it to you. I am working on the ads for the show program now and will order the banners by the end of May. The banners are nice size and are your's to keep after the show. I still have the open Sponsorships for the Donuts and Coffee on Friday and Sunday (Saturday has been taken) or you can have your choice of several other Sponsorship for classes.

Please let me know by next weekend so I can finish putting this together and get it to the printers. Thanks.

On behalf of the ASPC/AMHR Club of N. Texas, your host club for your National Area V Show, we would like to invite your club and its members to come join in the celebration of your National Area V Show. We are offering the following sponsorships to you and your members:

Show Program Sponsorship:

$100 Full Page

$50 ½ Page

$25 ¼ Page

$15 Business Card

Note: Show Program Sponsorships are due by May 25th for printing and must be camera ready. If you had an ad in a past Journal let me know as I can use it.

Class Sponsorships:

Crystal Award $125.00

Choice of Grand Champion & Reserve or Stakes Grand Champion & Reserve, package includes recognition and Thank You gift presented to sponsor, ten regular classes announced and a sponsor table for support business flyers out in main concourse. Note: will need to know farm colors.

Silver Award $75.00

Choice of Junior or Senior Champion & Reserve, package includes recognition and Thank you gift presented to sponsor and five regular classes announced.

Blue Ribbon Award $25.00

Package includes sponsor recognition and three regular classes announced.

The banners or large 4ft x 4ft White vinyl with black letters and have grommlets to hang. Very nice to use for advertising your farm. Send me a business card as we try to match the fonts you currently use.
