Anyone from Northeast Tennessee here?

We’ve been thinking of retiring with our 2 geldings to the Tri Cities area of Tennessee from California. I’m not seeing much about horses there, let alone minis. Is there anyone in the group that lives out that way that I could ask some questions of? TIA
