Anyone ever seen this before?

Ok the vet just left, he had never seen anything like it either. He tried to get fluid out of it and nothing, he tried to lance it and nothing, so he just cut it out. He said it wasn't infected in any way and that it didn't look to be anything serious. He could send it into the lab to find out what it really is but he didn't think it was necessary, they are going to keep it and if she is fine (which he is sure she it) then after 6 months they will just throw it away, if anything comes of it then we can always send it to the lab. He put 4 stitches in and told me not to put anything on it at all, just bring her in after 2 weeks to have the stitchs taken out. They seem to think it was some sort of cyst but not sure. He didn't even give me any antibotics said it doesn't look like she will need anything.
