AMHR Application for Transfer

I would like to register my new weanling filly and have signed papers (transfer and application for registration) from the breeder. I'm confused on what to put for "Name of Animal" on the transfer papers though. I assume they want registered name rather than barn name but she is not yet registered so I'm not sure what name she'll have. I was planning on sending the papers in together.. Thanks!

Has to be the exact registered name that it is to be, as the breeder wrote it on the application

The breeder left it blank so I could name her. It says to put two name options on the registration application..so do I just write down my first name choice and they will change it if that one is taken?

Is the name blank on the APPLICATION too?

If there is a name filled in on the application then you have to write in that exact name on the transfer too.

If it is blank on the transfer AND the application then you can name the horse anything you like
