AMHA Look up please

I have a 4 year old AMHR mare who's entire lineage is AMHA except for her sire and dam who are AMHR (of course- it's the AMHR registration paper that I'm looking at.) Non of the three are over height. I'm just wondering why someone would just drop the AMHA. I would like to get her AMHA papers if that is possible. Anyway my question is- is it possible that her sire and dam are ALSO registered AMHA? Their names and AMHR #'s are:

Sire-Churchs Angels Straight Arrow-251187A

Dam-Olivers Daisy Dream Whip-99015A

Her sire is AMHA CHURCHS ANGELS STRAIGHT ARROW A 118623 07/11/2000 S PBK PD RV 00.000 looks like they never made him permanet, and the dam is only AMHR as I couldnt find her in AMHA.
