Adult Beverage Recipe

This is REALLY good!!!!

"Sunset Martini"

1 & 3/4 ounce raspberry flavored vodka

2 ounces pineapple juice

Dash of triple sec (or quantro sp?)

Dash of grenadine

Shake ingredients with ice serve in chilled martini glass.

I like it better w/ quantro than with triple sec, but the recipe says triple sec. My mom hooked me up with this drink recipe. I had one yesterday, actually "one" but in a very large martini glass (so probably really two), and it packs a big punch but tastes very good. I like it better than those Key Lime martinis I told you all about awhile back.

Hubby is the martini drinker in the house but he doesn't go for the "tasty" ones. He only uses the Bombay Sapphire Gin (YUCK!!!!!!!!!).

I'll have to tell him about this one and see if he'll try it.

Sounds wonderful. Any drink that doesn't taste like a "drink" sounds good to me.

He only uses the Bombay Sapphire Gin (YUCK!!!!!!!!!).

Men may not want to admit liking it because it is a pink drink :lol: But it's strong but tastes very mellow. My mom served mine in a big martini glass w/ pink sugar on the rim. It's a pretty drink.
