Personally I would rather make that decision a week too early than a day too late. It is never an easy one but I always remember what I was told many years ago This is the last favour you can do for an old freind.

I used the milk testing strips today for the first time, maiden mare with no milk to test befor this. She tested 85% at 6pm and foaled 7 hours later.
