    Spring is on the way!

There is a traditional carriage show the end of March that we are going to! Very excited it is only an hour away! Ace is finally bending to the left...took all winter to get it My young ones are acting nuts since the weather change so we have a lot of up and down and head shaking in the bridle...

Horses attacked by pit bulls (update on page 9)

I am so sorry for your loss. I have had a mini attacked by a pitbull, this is just a horrible thing to have to go through, My thoughts and prayers are with you and your stallion. I would price her value high due to all that is involved in the situation.

I am sick of nosy neighbors and state people

Well this is something we struggled with for four years and I finally decided I was done and we moved ! We now have our house and barn far off the road on a very private property and I have to say its soooo much better I got so tired of the county coming out and check on false claims of neglect...

The most important thing you learnt when you started out?

That is a good question. I think I learned to take my time, when tacking up. Details are important when hooking up to a cart. It's hard to miss that the girth on a saddle isn't tightened but sometimes with all the buckles and straps on a harness things can get missed! So double check and take...

any one drive a Superior Sulky cart?

Does anyone have any opinions on Superior Sulky's? I found one for sale used for 1,000.00 has natural wood color shafts and was thinking it would look nice with my sorrel Ace. Wasn't sure if the oak color looks ok with sorrel. Also the shafts curve out at the end? The sulky cart I have now has...

Please share (recent or old) driving pics

It's a G & S cart the guy has a website..I love it for my 32"-33" inch guys but my 31" and unders have a harder time pulling it. He does make a smaller version but I don't think it comes with the right kind of wheel for CDEs.
