One of those memory making moments!

That was the most fun I have ever had on a phone call :-). Sorry for being so evil, but thought that it was more evil that you still didn't even know about the Jr Grands, let alone the Supreme! Watching Hilary bubble all over was the best part of it. You guys definately deserved it and so did...

    Eugene, OR AMHA Results!

I think last count that I heard was right around 100, maybe a few more. The classes were decent sized for the most part. If I were you I would definately make the trip. I am from Walla Walla, and won't think twice about going next year, its already on the calendar :-). They also had a mtn...

    Eugene, OR AMHA Results!

We got back LATE last night from the McKenzie River Classic AMHA show in Eugene, OR. We had an absolute blast! This was our second show after coming back into the minis and I cannot wait for next year. Aside from the beautiful horses, great people, awesome aisle parties, wonderful comradery...

Thinking about switching to whole oats VS Omelene 200?

OK, here is my input on the deal............. I work for a Purina dealership. I believe that some of thier foods are very good, and for the right situations, are exactly what the horse needs. Equine Sr is amazing for Sr horses, hard keepers, horses that have digestive disorders, etc...

    Natural Beauty......

Very nice horses! The buyer should be proud. I knew Tip Top Flash's sire really well. He reminds me a lot of him. I actually showed him a few times. What a cool horse he was and his son looks just as good.

    OREGON STATE FAIR

We won't be making the fair. Is a 7+ hour drive for us and since Eugene is so close, we just can't make it to both. Plus, our fair is offering mini classes (not sanctioned yet) and we plan to hit that, and its the same time as the OSF. For all of you going, have a wonderful time!! I miss the...

    Beet Pulp

Thanks to all of you for your replies. He definately is not a fan of the beet pulp. I am going to try some shredded on him today and see if that helps. He will eat the alfy pellets, so may mix some in with those as well. Picky little begger.

    Beet Pulp

OK.....carefully planned new diet for new horse I brought home. He is a breeding stallion, paces his fenceline all day long and is being worked 3+ days a week as well. Beet Pulp was a main thing that was to be a part of his diet. He won't eat it, refuses completely. I tried 1 1/2 cups of...

    Showing the Paint

I know what you mean about the horses having no personality. The show that I went to a couple months back was that way. It was like they were all in a daze. Except a couple of studs that were sizing each other up through the stall :-) One breed I was so surprised with was the Tennessee...

    Showing the Paint

He is BEAUTIFUL! See.....now why can't we find a mini built like that. LOL and colored like that too! You have a very pretty boy there. And yes, his feet look wonderful for his body size. Don't get me wrong, I am not knocking halter bred horses in the least. My family bred World...

    Showing the Paint

Exactly! I love showing the hot blooded breeds in halter. Now, for riding, give me a nice solid stock horse any day :-) I have noticed that in QH shows around here. They look pretty standing still, but move like they are all navicular. Its sad. Plus, gorgeous, huge, well muscled bodies...
